poker face!

Alright!

I was dreading today and tomorrow. I really was. But let’s look at what right for a change:

1. I got off work early. That was a nice bonus.
2. The wedding rehearsal went better than I expected. It *should* be a piece of cake. Haha.
3. This is the exception to the “good”: the power went off for 4 hours this evening. It was hot and not much fun at all.
4. Spent some of the evening on the back porch with my dad. Since we are both nerds of the best kind, we were wireless on our respective laptops.
5. Jerod P. made it back to Wichita from South Dakota! So Davey, Steve, Cammy, Jerod and I all watched the Cowboy Bebop movie on DVD, and then played poker until 4am. I never realized cards was this much fun… and no, we didn’t bet using money (whew!)

Tomorrow should be alright; I’m going to a few music stores (if they are open) with Steve to check out some bass guitars. I have to play at the wedding at 6pm, but after that is still up in the air. I’ll probably mix it up between family and friends… and poker might come into play again. I just remembered that I need to get new photos up very soon.
