Personal Art

My work for the Museum was usually focused on the effective presentation of information.  There was often room for a bit of visual flair to grab visitors’ attention, but the main goal was to make sure that they came away having learned something.  The work in this gallery, on the other hand, is all about unrestrained wackiness and is guaranteed to be 100% free of educational content.

The tools involved in the creation of these pieces include an old Nikon Coolpix 2100 (now lost in Beijing), Jasc Paint Shop Pro 7, and only the finest No. 2 pencils.

Some of these images are fairly old and a little bit embarrassing, but I figure they provide a poignant record of my journey as an artist… or something like that.  (They’re probably just embarrassing.)
